The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Sustainable Mineral and Metal Processing Engineering (PROMISE) is more than a master’s program; it’s a step towards the future. As the demand for a wide array of minerals, metals, and materials grows with the shift to renewable energy, electromobility, digital communication, and clean-energy technologies, the industry needs skilled leaders to shape a sustainable path forward. PROMISE was established to meet this critical demand.
Our program is a two-year, 120 ECTS Master’s degree, taught in English, and designed to provide a multidisciplinary education in the sustainable recovery of valuable minerals and metals. PROMISE also offers the opportunity to learn the national languages of partner universities, enhancing cultural understanding alongside technical expertise.
